Part 1. Can You Actually Get WhatsApp Off a Broken Samsung?

Yes, in most cases. WhatsApp stores your messages in the phone's internal memory, and a shattered display does not erase that storage by itself. Part 3. Drive the Broken Screen with an OTG Mouse

If the screen lights up but the touch does not respond, you can often control the phone with a USB On-The-Go (OTG) adapter and a regular mouse. This is free and keeps everything on the device itself, no software required. It only works if the display is still visible; if the screen is black and you cannot see anything, skip to Part 4.
